For over 30 years Frank Sumner of Preferred Seating has been recognized by architects, contractors and designers as a leading supplier of auditorium and stadium seating. Richard Barrios P.E. is registered in 40 states in the U.S. and works with most of the U.S. bleacher companies as they come to him for approval and design layout. Mr. Barrios has many years of experience in designing and building stadium venues as well as other commercial buildings. Major architectural clients and contractors large and small are long-standing and continual customers.
