Premier Coatings' core focus is the restoration, waterproofing and painting of existing assets for the most successful real estate management companies and the largest Homeowners Associations in the United States. Premier Coatings has garnered a great reputation in keeping tight schedules on large construction projects, meeting the highest quality standards, and maintaining excellent communication and project integrity since our founding, on September 2003, in Bellingham, WA. Continuing our in tradition to "Protect Your Investment," PCI is easy to trust on the most demanding projects in the painting industry. We created systems that continue to deliver for new construction and remodel projects alike. The competitive advantage for PCI is in the customer service provided. Whether that's removing the old wallpaper, re-mudding and texturing walls to create a brand new design, coating a new tenant improvement (T.I.) under exacting specifications and scheduling requirements, or working directly with our industrial coatings representative to create a Teflon Coating for easy use of waste bins. We listen to each client, research the many options, and break down each price point so that our clients are in the driver's seat, without having to do any of the leg work. Then we follow-up with clearly written maintenance and operations manuals.
