Premier Development Partners is a full-service, privately held design-build, construction, and commercial real estate development company specializing in development/redevelopment, build-to-suits, construction management, property management, and acquisition in the areas of industrial, office, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, and educational facilities. With more than 30 years of experience designing, building, and operating these facilities, the Premier team has a unique owner’s perspective which is applied to each project. We have built strong relationships with contractors, city officials, and local government agencies; this, combined with our strong financial partners, has allowed us to move quickly from concept to delivery saving both time and money for our clients. Premier Development Partners have developed and purchased over 100 buildings, over 1000 acres of land and built over 12 business parks totaling over 18 million SF in excess of $1 billion dollars. Many of our projects have received national recognition and awards, including more than 25 from NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. In 2018, we were awarded The 2017 NAIOP Developer of the Year, as well as the 2017 Commercial Development Award from Smart Business Magazine for the four newly completed construction projects in Hudson Crossing Business Park. In 2017, we were awarded the following two awards from NAIOP; The 2016 Industrial Interior Renovation Project of the Year for Mars Electric and The 2016 Office Interior Design Project of the Year for Arhaus' new 775,000 SF Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center in Boston Heights. In 2016, we received The 2015 NAIOP Developer of the Year award and were recognized as a 2016 Weatherhead 100 award recipient, presented by Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, as one of the fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio based on revenue over the last five years.
