About Premier Family Medicine Associates
Premier Family Medicine Associates, Inc. was founded over 2 decades ago with the goal of providing dynamic comprehensive patient care for our diverse community. We pride ourselves on establishing lifelong caring relationships with our patients and on further establishing our positive presence in the Pomona Valley region. Premier Family Medicine Associates was established to provide a foundation of physicians dedicated to teaching and training new physicians for our community at the PVHMC Family Medicine Residency Program. Many of our medical practitioners are multi-lingual with strong neighborhood ties, and have been locally trained. Our medical providers work as a cohesive team and offer a continuum of premier care in obstetrics, women’s health, pediatrics, geriatrics, adult care, underserved community care, urgent care, sports medicine, behavioral health, nursing home, hospice, and inpatient hospital care. Premier Family Medicine Associates has aligned itself with Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and all of its multiple services to serve our growing community’s health needs. Currently, Premier Family Medicine Associates consists of 25 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 17 physician assistants. We proudly provide care at 4 clinics, 2 urgent cares, and Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (and a soon to be future clinic and urgent care located in the city of La Verne).
