About Premier Inpatient Partners
Drs. Jonathan Marsh, Omar Hussain and Zubin Pachori formed Premier Inpatient Partners (PIP) out of a passion to provide high quality care in a cost-effective and meaningful way. They wanted to practice hospitalist medicine the old-fashioned way without the interference of large, bureaucratic practice management companies. They believe that physicians should be treated with respect and are afforded the ability and flexibility to practice cutting edge medicine, impact patient care and the patient experience while supporting the partner facility and local physicians. When the Partners started PIP, they knew to become a highly regarded, well respected, and effective medical management and staffing company, they needed to attract, hire and retain the very best clinicians and provide a work environment which promotes a positive culture and feels more like a family than a “job.” This is their overarching goal and commitment. Premier Inpatient Partners continues to be a privately held, physician owned and operated independent group of Hospitalists in Collier County, Florida. Our philosophy and pledge are to provide the highest caliber of patient care and exceptional experience for the patients, patients’ family, community clinicians and accountable care organizations.
