Premier Lawyers of America is a prestigious, invitation-only organization that recognizes the most elite and accomplished attorneys in America. Member attorneys are located in all 50 states and the District of Columbia and include founding and managing partners of top-ranked AmLaw and Vault firms, current and former appellate and trial court judges, lead counsel in multibillion-dollar class action litigation and M&A transactions, appointees to U.S. Supreme Court and federal appellate court advisory committees, members of presidential delegations, high-stakes litigators who routinely obtain record-setting trial verdicts, and numerous nationally-recognized attorneys in their practice areas. Premier Lawyers of America membership is exclusive and limited to less than 1% of attorneys in America. Members must be nominated through peer review or hand-selected by the Premier Lawyers of America advisory committee. The organization's review methodology includes an objective and rigorous vetting process based primarily on statistical processes. Criteria taken into account include case outcomes, legal experience, professional achievements, certifications, trial experience, educational history, teaching or publishing experience, peer and client feedback, ratings and reviews, as well as professionalism and ethics. The organization awards an annual scholarship to a deserving student (applicants must be related to a Premier Lawyers of America member) and also hosts a luxurious Gala & Retreat in Hawaii where members and other distinguished attorneys and guests are honored.
