About Premier Life Skills
Premier Life Skills Limited are leaders in the market for tackling and delivering improvements in individual and organisational stress, mental health, well-being and resilience for the past seventeen years. We provide Specialist Courses, CPCAB Level 5 Diplomas, Motivational Maps and International People 1st Train the Trainer Programme. Our trainers are stress management and wellbeing experts from relevant professional backgrounds, including health and education. They all have the minimum qualification of a Diploma in stress management and extensive experience cooperating with Chief Executives, Directors and Staff at every level. Premier Life Skills is the only UK training provider to have two External Accredited Level 5 Diplomas; Train the Trainer in Wellbeing and Stress Management and Wellbeing Coaching, accredited by The Chartered Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) since 2010. Premier Life Skills are dedicated to managing stress, mental health and positive well-being, assisting managers and employees to respond positively to challenges. We can help to build team or individual resilience to enable staff to perform effectively and productively. Premier Life Skills do this by providing a range of programmes designed specifically to tackle these issues in the workplace working on a one to one basis with clients.
