Premier Lifts was established in 1988 to provide quality servicing and maintenance programmes for passenger and service lifts, stairlifts, disabled platforms and other types of lifts. From our headquarters in Hornchurch, Essex, we serve clients throughout London and the home counties. Quality and customer satisfaction are at the core of our culture and from the start, our management team has ensured that these values are communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation. We are proud that our engineering and maintenance teams frequently receive praise for their friendliness, professionalism and commitment to minimising disruption during site work. Scheduling and administrative functions are under the day-to-day control of an experienced in-house client support services team, focused on ensuring customer needs and expectations are met. By ensuring that all our procedures run efficiently we can cut costly mistakes to a minimum or eliminate them completely, allowing us more resources to focus on good customer service.
