About Premier Marinas
We own and operate 11 of the UK’s most prestigious marinas and boatyards along the South Coast. Our marinas sites are situated in Falmouth, Noss on Dart, Swanwick, Universal (Hamble), Gosport, Trafalgar Wharf (Portsmouth Harbour), Port Solent, Southsea, Chichester, Brighton and Sovereign Harbour (Eastbourne). Our core business is the wet and dry stack berthing of leisure craft where we now care for a total of around 6,000 vessels. We also provide boat storage ashore with full-service boatyards at each our marinas sites operating some of the latest boat lifting and moving equipment. We offer a washdown service alongside a wide range of marine engineering capabilities from our onsite tenants. We manage a portfolio over 480,000 sq m of commercial property across our marina sites. These house important partners providing complementary services such as food and beverage, marine chandlery, boat maintenance and repair, boat sales and brokerage and sail making. Premier Marinas is owned by Wellcome Trust and is proud to have held the Investors in People accreditation since 2000 alongside ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management certifications and ISO14064 verification of our Greenhouse Gas emissions.
