With a current team of approximately 50 team members, we are experts in asphalt and concrete maintenance and repair. Compared to other service providers whose primary focus is larger asphalt and concrete projects, relatively smaller maintenance projects are our specialty. 2) Surveys. We offer an assessment of parking lots including recommended steps to repair damage and create an annual plan to keep the parking lot safe and functional, allowing customers to realize the maximum asphalt life possible. 3) Financial benefits. When customers budget approximately 1% of the value of their asphalt to annual maintenance, the life of the asphalt is greatly extended allowing customers a significant cost avoidance opportunity by delaying the significant expense of removing and replacing asphalt.
