We are a family owned business that services retail and distribution markets of specialty meat throughout the United States and around the world. We provide the very best Wagyu/American Style Kobe Beef, Berkshire Pork, and Grass-Fed Beef America has to offer. In 2005, the Haas family established Premier Proteins, LLC on the principles of quality, integrity, and service. After having operated in various aspects within the meat industry for ten years, Tim and his wife Jamie saw the opportunity to service retail and distribution markets of specialty meat throughout the United States and around the world. Venturing out in an unfinished basement with two young kids, the couple established the best Wagyu beef, Grass-Fed beef, and Berkshire Pork programs available. Each program is all-natural, hormone and antibiotic free (never ever), domestically raised and minimally processed, being held to the highest USDA standards. Premier American Kobe Beef® is domestically raised, minimally processed, and Halal certified, Careful breeding, traditional feeding methods, and state of the art packing methods ensure that our program’s beef matches the best Japan has to offer. Red Top Farms® all-natural Berkshire pork raised humanely on family farms. Our pork is always vegetarian fed and contains no artificial ingredients. With higher levels of pH and Minolta than commodity product, our ratings demonstrate the upmost quality.
