Premier Restoration Services is a family owned and operatedproperty restoration companythat specializes infire, water, and storm damage repair. We take pride in the fact that we are a smaller operation and because of that, throughout the restoration process you will be working directly with the owners. We believe this to be very important as having worked in the past for ‘the big guys’ who have many employees and several offices, we’ve seen first-hand how the customer can simply become, quite literally, just a number. We have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry and 25 of those years are solely in the insurance restoration industry. We are certified by the IICRC in both Fire and Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. We partner with only the best, most qualified, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, whom we’ve had relationships with for many years. These relationships translate into a smoother process from start to finish with regard to scheduling/timing as well as the quality of the finished product as they know the high standards we expect of them. We will advocate for you! This, in our opinion, is one of the most important things to consider when choosing who you will entrust the restoration of your property to. Many of our competitors will tell you that they are ‘preferred vendors’ with your insurance company, and we’ve seen firsthand that this can sometimes be a conflict of interest.
