About PREP Performance Center

PREP Performance Center (PPC) is a specialty physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing Chicagoans with the latest information and resources they need to proactively take control of their health. Through education and hands-on programs, we help active people of all ages avoid and/or recover from injury to enjoy healthy lives. As one key to bringing the PPC mission to life, we conduct educational lectures and workshops for corporations, schools, and healthcare providers to share our proven approach to empowering patient health and mobility. We also work directly with individual patients and teams to prepare them for improved athletic success, regardless of their level of play. (mental and physical training). Excellence- Ensure a thorough examination using our ARSI Movement Assessment, to indicate any muscle imbalances, strength, and flexibility deficits. Performance- Prioritize development of the athlete, to improve strength, power, speed, and body awareness with our PROACTIVE sport-specific academy training.
