Our expert work-life instruction is offered through a proprietary Prepare to Launch U online learning platform and the LinkedIn Learning platform, as well as webinars, live workshops, published articles, public speaking and learning partnerships with universities, companies and non-profit organizations. - In early career, we help women navigate maternity leave with an online course and community that teaches them how to plan and execute a maternity leave and return that meets all stakeholders’ needs. - In mid-career, we offer pop-up courses, and corporate and conference workshops for women on a variety of topics including negotiating, branding and self-promotion, career pivoting, and work-life synergy. - In later career, we guide women back to work after career breaks and/or into encore careers with our flagship, nationally recognized, career relaunch course. Our programs are based on our combined 30+ years of experience in the field of Women+Work, along with our own personal experiences as moms of four who have personally navigated the work-life transitions we coach.
