About Preservation Trades Network

The Preservation Trades Network is a 501(c)(3) member-based, international organization. Our mission is to empower the traditional building trades through network, good works, community, fellowship and education. We do not build and rebuild alone. We build with friends of all colors, from all walks of life. Varying in our professions and geographic locations, we are united by our passion to extend knowledge and opportunity to anyone who is interested. We reject the established patterns of exclusion that continue to hinder our friends’ accessibility to resources, education, and careers. We create opportunities in the preservation trades through network, good works, community, and scholarships and fellowship. To network is to continuously reach out to others and explore new territory beyond ourselves. Good works are done to provide something of value to enhance and celebrate the human condition within the cultural heritage of a community. Through scholarship and fellowship, we cultivate bonding through the sharing of knowledge and building alongside one another.
