Our customer base is wide-reaching and, amongst others, we have worked for sectors which include; English Heritage, National Trust, Housing Associations, Architects, Surveyors and Building Contractors. We have a strong presence in the domestic market, where we are able to offer the purchaser, vendor or householder a service tailored to their needs. Upon initial instructions, we will arrange for one of our fully CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) and CSRT (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) qualified surveyors to attend site. We are particularly proud to say all our Surveyors are fully qualified; two of them are also on the register with the PCA, our governing body as Waterproofing Design Specialists. We offer a complete survey, system design and guaranteed installation service to meet all your needs. Preservation Treatments are certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management and Environmental Management. Our accreditations also include CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor. We are also members of the Basement Waterproofing Association and active members of PCA (Property Care Association).
