About Preserve Omaha
During the summer of 2011, the National Trust for Historic Preservation conducted an assessment of historic preservation in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro region. The results of this work became the catalyst to form Restoration Exchange. In 2013 three preservation-related groups came together to provide the foundation of our organization. We educate, advocate, and take action to save cultural and historic places. We do so in a manner that embraces all people, all places, and everyone's story.
