Pressure Pipe Steel Fabrication was founded in 1991 as a welding and steel fabrication company by Hilda Broomfield Letemplier and her husband Lionel, a high-pressure pipe welder. In 2002, Pressure Pipe Steel Fabrication became an industrial and mining supplier, servicing some of the largest resource development projects in Labrador. Quoting diversification as the key to it’s success, in 2021, Hilda and Lionel partnered Pressure Pipe Steel with Hunt’s Logistics, creating Pressure Pipe Procurement and Management Services. This new joint venture, led by Hilda together with Natasha Hunt, Kera Hunt and Darlene Hillyard of Hunt’s Group of Companies, is focused on continuing to service resource developments within Newfoundland and Labrador through offering an expansive variety of products and services.
