About Preston Lions Football Club

Preston was founded in 1947 by the Macedonian community of Melbourne and since then have established themselves as one of Australia’s premier sporting clubs. With successful Men’s, Women’s, and Junior programs in Victoria’s National Premier League, and previously competing in Australia’s now defunct National Soccer League, Preston Lions will once again be back on the national stage when we compete in the inaugural Australian Championship (Football Australia's National Second Tier) in 2025.
