.Preston Hage, a seventh generation Floridian, has spent his entire life surrounded by the real estate business. Born into a family of real estate professionals, he was introduced to the world of residential and commercial real estate at a very early age. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, he decided to make his own mark on the real estate market. Preston's focus and strength is in acquisition, disposition and management of large land development projects. He worked for more than 10 years with one of the largest real estate brokers in Florida. He specialized in brokering all types of commercial properties with a focus in land brokerage and investment. His tenure with this firm enabled him to confidently open his own firm which will give him the opportunity to help more clients with his commercial real estate expertise.
