Primary Access Limited specialise in providing accredited homecare, domiciliary care and respite services across Hampshire. Person-Centred Services on location (at the clients current home/residence) and out into the Community. We are specialists in a wide range of services for young adults and the elderly. We provide 24 hour support for a range of physical and learning disabilities, our trained staff are on call throughout the week (including weekends) helping individuals live more independent lifestyles. As a small company that started in 2010 we have already received great success, we are proud to be documented on Hampshire County Councils Panel of Preferred Providers. We are currently in the process of expanding our services and have recently become part of a wider consortium (WAND). A group of companies that pull resources in order to help us provide a wide range of specialisms to our client base. We are actively seeking potential employees to join our successful Hampshire team of carers. Our Care Workers must be compassionate, empathetic and self motivated individuals due to the nature of the role, workers need good communication skills and work well in a team. Desirable - A Full Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle. Experience working with adults with learning difficulties or the elderly. Experience with using Hoists is desirable (not essential as training can be provided).
