Primary Therapy Source is proud to be serving the Twin Falls and surrounding communities for over 20 years. Our main office is located in Twin Falls, Idaho with a second clinic located in Burley, Idaho our third clinic in Jerome, Idaho. We are a community oriented company who pride ourselves on offering one-on-one therapy services to patients of all ages. All of our therapists and office staff are dedicated to providing the best quality service to all of our patients. Our therapists offer services in a variety of settings including: school districts, home health, aquatics, hippo-therapy/equine therapy, early intervention, sport medicine, and other clinic based services. Furthermore, we have therapists that are certified in the following specialties: Pediatric, Vestibular, and Lymphedema, Vital Stim, Interactive Metronome, and Spanish Speaking intervention. Finally, we have many specialty services including two therapists certified in Sensory Integration and Praxis testing and intervention. We are here to serve you with all of your Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy needs. It is our vision to optimize functional abilities in human performance. Additionally, Primary Therapy Source will provide specialized services through advanced training, community outreach, advocacy for patient care, and patient education for healthy lifestyles and behaviors.
