About PRIMD

PriMD is an interdisciplinary health practice that prevents and eliminates chronic pain, improves daily mobility and athletic performance, and optimizes health and longevity. The practice combines evidence-based and often-neglected areas of medicine and sports science to correct problems quickly and naturally. PriMD typically removes the need for unnecessary interventions like surgery, drug treatment, physical rehab, or significant lifestyle changes. In some cases, PriMD is used to complement these other treatment options. Clients typically report far more dramatic improvement from a few sessions of PriMD - or in some cases, even the first few minutes - than they have achieved with invasive medical procedures. In some cases, we simply help clients optimize their health. Still, many come to us with life-altering health conditions (extreme pain, impaired mobility, low testosterone, etc.) that no medical procedure has been able to resolve.
