About Prime Hospitality Group
Prime Hospitality Group ("PHG") was founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Kristy and Ryan Rans. With Kristy's background as an attorney and Ryan's expertise in real estate development and restaurant concepts, the Rans became some of the first non-legacy Ruth’s Chris Steak House franchise owners in the country with twelve locations in states including Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, North Carolina, and Georgia. PHG strives to continue building upon the trust and quality the Ruth’s Chris brand is known for, while also supporting its newer concepts, Bin 23 Bistro, AC Hotel, and The Exchange Bars. As PHG continues to grow and expand our family, our values and drive remain the same: to keep our promises when it comes to quality, stay fresh in our approach, find and nurture the absolute best Team Members, and remember that the meal and drinks are always amazing, but it’s the experience and hospitality that our guests come back for.
