Prime Rehabilitation Services is a nursing homes’ all-inclusive outsourcing therapy solution. We sub-contract with nursing homes to run and operate their therapy department and become an integrated part of the nursing home in providing quality therapy care and driving positive financial outcomes. We staff the therapy department, provide and oversee the clinical care, drive revenue generating models, educate the therapy/facility staff on regulatory changes and manage the overall daily rehabilitation operations. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists create a complete and continuous program of individualized therapy to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents. Our executive staff has extensive experience in therapy, business management, marketing, human resources and administration, providing the highest quality of services in their respective fields. They visit each facility on a regular basis to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and the continuation of our quality program. Each facility has a Director of Rehabilitation and core therapy team that become an integrated part of the facility. They drive and manage the daily operations of each site, with continuous corporate oversight. Prime Rehabilitation Services has successfully navigated many Medicare changes since its inception in 1996. We continue to strive to be the best provider of quality therapy in the nursing home industry within the changing regulatory environment.
