Prime Roast Cafe is owned by Chef Ernesto Limcaco who has had a passion for cooking since he was a child. Growing up in the Philippines, he would spend hours in the kitchen with his grandmother, learning traditional Filipino recipes and techniques. After moving to Hawaii, Chef Ernesto honed his skills at various restaurants, including Roy's and Alan Wong's. He was drawn to the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the kitchen, and he thrived on the creativity and collaboration required to create a truly exceptional dining experience. After years of hard work and dedication, Chef Ernesto realized his dream of owning his own restaurant. He opened Prime Roast Cafe, a cozy and welcoming establishment that serves up delicious, home-cooked meals using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. The cafe has become a local favorite, and Chef Ernesto takes pride in knowing that he is bringing people together through the power of food. Despite his success, Chef Ernesto remains humble and committed to his craft. He continues to experiment with new flavors and techniques, always striving to create dishes that are both delicious and innovative.
