Prime Source Purchasing (PSP) is a consulting and administrative company which establishes partnerships between foodservice operators, manufacturers and distributors. We offer the operator a customized approach to evaluate need, negotiate manufacturer programs, track and analyze purchasing data and provide ongoing communication to ensure maximum cost savings. The programs are negotiated with key manufacturers who reward foodservice operators for ongoing purchases of, and loyalty to their branded products. The rewards are offered as quarterly rebate monies and/or pricing programs when applicable. Additional services such as MDA negotiations, pricing audits, product sourcing/cuttings are available upon request. Our strong relationships with manufacturer and distributor partners, affords us the ability to negotiate and establish the most beneficial programs for our clients. We are respected for our partnership approach, knowledge of the industry, administration and broad service offerings. PSP is recognized in the industry for offering complete program transparency by providing detailed reports reflecting all quarterly earnings by manufacturer and product. Our state-of-the art reporting system guarantees accuracy of reporting and enables us the flexibility to customize reports for each client. There are NO upfront or hidden fees...our compensation is based on the client’s performance and results.
