We are in the business of Façade Design & Management where we focus on 4 main businesses offerings: 1. BUILDING ENVELOPES We’ve developed innovative building envelopes that help to improve overall building design and maximize light and heat efficiency. As a certified Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) CR16 L6 curtain wall contractor, we’re able to tender for curtain wall projects of unlimited amounts. 2. CUSTOMISED STRUCTURES AND ART STRUCTURES We have the engineering expertise to construct and install customised structures and art structures. The ‘Momentum’ by David Gerstein, and the ‘Wind Arbor’ art wall are two of our completed projects situated in prominent locations in Singapore. 3. SECURITY FACADES We’ve developed security facades that resolve environmental, structural and security threats in order to achieve secure buildings that are both aesthetically appealing and functional. 4. INTERIOR FIT-OUTS We deliver end-to-end restoration, renovation and interior fit-out solutions on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
