Our goal is to empower our clients to become self-reliant for their own wellness through education, coaching and targeted physical movement classes and equipment. Prime is the first gym to focus on healthy aging for people age 40 and older. As we age our needs change, and so should our fitness program. Our mission is to provide an individualized wellness environment that supports the physical, mental, emotional and social needs of people over the age of 40. Prime also offers health coaching and corporate wellness programs. Our health coaches are all certified, experienced and follow the integrative health philosophy of seeing the person as a whole being.
