PrimoAgents.com is a Referral Network of top quality REALTORS®. It has been developed out of the need for a better way for Real Estate Agents to share referrals. One of the founders, Nick Carere, is a Real Estate Broker himself, and knows that it can be difficult finding another quality Real Estate Agent to send clients to when they are looking to buy or sell outside of his area. Many Real Estate Agents lose out on easy commissions they could have earned by sending a referral. REALTORS® are always looking for ways to build their business and network, and referral business is a great way to do that. By referring within a network the members benefit from the give and take nature of the network. They will be sending out referrals to some members while receiving referrals from others. Here are some other top benefits of our network: 1. Each member has an exclusive trading area and can add on additional areas they service. 2. All applicants are screened against a variety of criteria and we only approve top quality agents that fit our profile to join. Experience, education, social media/technology use, and reputation (We research if they have had fines, complaints or convictions with their governing real estate authorities) are all considered in the screening process. Members can have confidence sending clients to others in the network because they have been vetted to share similar qualities as themselves. 3. Real Estate Agents make commission on both the sending and receiving of referrals. Our website is another avenue to boost your referral business by belonging to a wide network of like-minded Real Estate Agents. 4. We have built in referral forms and tracking to simplify the referral process. Members may also receive leads from buyers and sellers directly who find them on the website, or from outside Real Estate Agents sending a referral.
