About Primorski skladi, d.o.o., Koper
Primorski skladi is an investment fund management company based in Koper, Slovenia. We are one of the first management companies as well as the only independent and employee-owned management company in Slovenia. We have successfully managed investment funds for more than 30 years and also participate as large investors in them. Since then, we have received multiple awards and recognitions in the field of mutual fund management in Slovenia. Our company is organized as a limited liability company which carries out its activities in accordance with Investment Funds and Management Companies Act and regulations issued on its basis and other relevant legislation and under the supervision of the Securities Market Agency, which also issued a license to the company to provide services of investment fund management. The company manages five sub-funds which are part of an umbrella fund (Krovni sklad PSP) and one additional mutual fund. We offer a range of funds suitable for different risk profiles, time and investment horizons and economic situations. They are designed for different types of investors and market conditions with the easy possibility of switching between funds whenever investors so wish. Our main advantage are the experiences of our management experts, who have an average of 20 years of experience in fund management.
