Primosfera is a family real estate business. We carry out a careful selection of our property, with the same time and understanding as the creation of a collection of art. Thanks to the multi-disciplinary nature of the company, Primosfera has established internally the full development cycle from the initial survey through to the final product. Our projects bring together the singular vision of architects, artists and collaborators with an urban integration in the space where they are located in order to rescue and give value to the heritage. We take into consideration the needs of the present day without diminishing the character of the past, creating a harmony between preservation of what is authentic and attention to aesthetics, between the historical and the functional needs of a modern home. We restore, conserve and construct our buildings, searching for a balance between tradition and innovation. We are committed to organic growth founded on a combination of urban creation and cultural value. With a view to ensure a sensory experience, we pay particular attention to the type of materials used: sustainable, of natural origin, solid, long-lasting and environmentally friendly. Our environmental requirements go beyond what is foreseen under national legislation, such as in relation to thermal insulation, efficiency of energy consumption, air quality or water usage, without relinquishing the use of leading technologies in our projects in an elegant, discreet and integrated manner. We restore the past at the same time as we promote the present.
