About Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services

Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services was established under a decision of the Council of Ministers in accordance with a wired directive no. 4464/MB dated 28/5/1431 AH and it is considered one of the most modern colleges at King Saud University in its major in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle East. The College aims at preparing qualified cadres technically and scientifically in the area of emergency medical services to contribute in achieving the goals and aspirations of the kingdom in the scope of pre hospital care, medicine of mass gatherings and disaster and sustainable development in this major, and to provide the local market with competent graduates who are able to bear the burden of providing this specialized care. The College sought since its foundation to provide specialized faculty members to train its students in line with a precise academic curriculum applied by competent faculties graduated from various Arab, Asian, European and American Universities, taking into account the quality and academic accreditation in application, assessment and continuous development. The College became among the colleges where students seek and compete to join it, and has trained and qualified health practitioners in the major of EMS for the favor of many governmental bodies. The college has participated in establishing similar programs at other universities, so Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for E.M.S. has become a role model in excellence and leadership.
