Princeton Technical Services Inc. (Princeton) is a minority owned and MBE certified Project Management consulting firm specializing in Construction Management and Program Management. Established in 2016, Princeton provides comprehensive project management, program management, construction management and consulting services to both public and private clients. At Princeton we provide single source capabilities for managing programs and projects and always have our clients interest first, our project approach as a strategic partner is to ensure that our clients are independently represented throughout the entire life cycle of the project. Princeton is capable of performing such services on complex multi-million dollar projects and programs as well as smaller standalone projects. PTS was founded by a principal who has over 20 years of project management experience in utilities, facilities, construction, real estate and consulting. Princeton is committed to meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations on all projects. Princeton implement the owner’s vision through the selection of a skilled team of project managers and project consultants. We work to achieve consistency between the design and the project’s objectives by performing regular reviews to ensure the scope, schedule and budget meets each stakeholders’ expectations. Budgets and schedules are finalized once the scope is locked, updated as needed, and closely monitored throughout the project life-cycle. Princeton believes every project should have an agreed upon Strategy, utilize a repeatable Process and have timely Communications with its stakeholder to be successful.
