PrintMatch is a dynamic and forward thinking recruitment consultancy, serving the print, packaging, design and marketing communications sectors. Established in January 2002, we work with large multi-million pound organisations through to small local businesses, recruiting for a variety of positions including estimating, account management, production, buying, sales and design. My personal philosophy on recruitment is mirrored through everything PrintMatch strives to achieve. Forging long-term relationships is the key; the better you know someone, the finer the detail you have to share with both the client and the candidate alike. We are easy to talk to, offer a very personal approach and firmly believe in quality over quantity. People in all walks of life like to be kept informed on how their interests are progressing and we feel it's extremely important (not to mention polite!), to keep people updated, even if sometimes there's nothing new to report or update.
