Priory Mechanical Services Limited, established in 1973 as a family run company providing high quality design, installation and maintenance in all aspects of Building Services. Operating from our head office in Surrey we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to management, utilising the latest technologies to achieve efficient installation processes. Over the years we have built up long term relationships with both private clients and main contractors often involved with projects from conception to completion. PMS is a multidiscipline building services contractor specialising in Mechanical and Public Health works - LTHW heating, chilled water, BMS controls, cast iron drainage, mechanical ventilation, electrical installation, refrigerant air conditioning, sprinkler systems, rain water harvesting and ground/air source heat pumps to name a few of the many disciplines we specialise in. Priory have an in-house design department allowing us to successfully work alongside the Project Architect and Designers to create totally bespoke systems. Priory also has dedicated sister companies; Priory Environmental Services and Priory Cooling Solutions. PES comprise of a highly experienced team of specialist engineers providing full planned preventative and reactive maintenance of which tailor made service contracts commence right after contract completion. PCS is our in house air conditioning company comprising of a team of highly skilled AC engineers and specialists. We are certified Business Partners to the leading AC Manufacturers' and have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the design, installation and commissioning of all Air Conditioning Systems. The company’s continued growth and success is testament to its valued staff members, a number of whom have worked through the company starting as apprentices right through to management level positions. Development and training of our staff is and always will be an integral part of the PMS philosophy.
