We embrace the idea of a Prism each day, helping clients look at and think about their conflict from different perspectives, through different lenses. We chose this path of conflict resolution because over the years we’ve recognized that the biggest reason individuals, teams, and organizations don’t reach their full potential is that they can’t or won’t deal with conflict constructively.
