Prism Partnership Ltd was established in 2016 by Jean and Nigel Oldbury, of Oldbury and Cruickshank Opticians. They created the partnership based upon their core principle that businesses thrive through the empowerment and development of its people. Prism Partnership Ltd is a top level primary management and holding company with a board of 7 directors who are also all shareholders. All members have a great deal of experience, enthusiasm, connections within the optical industry and each have their own special interests and skills. This diversity enables the effective and experienced board to deliver a clear and comprehensive understanding of the industry and the challenges it faces. The company is in a phase of expansion into ventures and practices with evidence of potential growth through clinical excellence. In addition, this excellence will be supported by the provision of accounting, HR and training services. Future purchases will not focus on total practice rebranding, rather current brand development and creation of an environment of quality with well trained, dedicated and motivated staff. Currently there are 3 businesses owned by Prism Partnership, with another purchase imminent. The Prism Partnership brand will be the future epitome of excellence within independent optometry and bring back the ‘glory’ of being in optics.
