We strive for a greater standard of work, customer care and time efficiency. NO JOB IS TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL We take the same careful approach no matter how big or how small your job is. From large scale multi day jobs (eg land clearing, large removal or huge hedges) to the quick 2-hour in-and-outs (eg pruning fruit trees, ornamental hedging, reduction pruning). We will shape your trees and hedges with clean lines and shapes and take extra care when it comes to large, more dangerous removal/ pruning. Since we started Pristine Tree People we have built relationships with a variety of businesses that supplement us with labor, stump grinders, excavators and loaders on a weekly basis. EFFICIENCY Our dual-shore experience (UK and Australia) means we have more creative ideas on how to arrange and shape the indigenous/European mix of trees we find here in the Southern Highlands. Our Wood chipper - Bandit 1890 HD - chews through up to 18 inch hard wood barrels, making it machine feedable and increasing our productivity on bigger jobs. We can fill our 22 cube truck bin in about an hour. We are clear and straightforward in our dealings with customers, the phone is generally attended and if we do have to call you back, we will do so within 24 hours. Once quotes have been accepted we can usually get started on your job within 2 weeks as we don't prioritize customers, it's first come first serve. SAFETY & INSURANCE In the Arboriculture industry it is important never to be complacent. all aspects of arbor can be dangerous if not monitored well and executed by professionals. We keep all of our machinery well serviced, climbing/rigging gear and techniques up to date, as well as our workers inducted and fitted out with the correct protective equipment. We are fully insured, up to $10M for liability.
