About Private Home Care Services
Private Home Care Services provides non-medical, private duty home care for senior citizens and adults in need. We create a custom service plan for each Client, allowing them to remain independent at home. Each Caregiver is specifically selected based on Client needs. Before starting service, we allow each Client and family members to meet and interview the prospective Caregiver to ensure a good fit. Our senior in-home care services include: * Assistance with Activities of Daily Living * 24/7 Live-In Care or Hourly Care (no minimums) * Personal Care: including bathing, dressing, toileting, etc. * Medication Reminder * Meal Preparation / Nutrition * Light Housekeeping * Companionship * Assistance with errands including Doctor’s appointments We promote a social model of Caregiving, featuring Caregiver interaction with the Client throughout the day. In the case of advanced care, we have Caregivers specifically trained in cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s & Dementia, as well as fall prevention.
