About Pro-tect GRP Enclosures

We are a glass reinforced plastic (GRP) manufacturing company that specialises in the production and supply of high quality GRP enclosures. We have over 90 years combined manufacturing experience in our sector, so we’ve perfected our enclosures - its vital that our customers get the highest quality products. Thus, we have extensive experience and expertise in the design and manufacture of industrial GRP enclosures, GRP cabinets, GRP tanks, GRP covers and many other custom made GRP Kiosks and other GRP products. All stages of our design, production and site installation procedures are strictly monitored and controlled to achieve the highest possible quality and conformity. We have experienced and qualified staff to design buildings using CAD to whatever design you require. Within the construction of our buildings, we only use materials supplied by the industry’s leading manufacturers. Additionally the ply boards used in the core of the buildings are always hardwood Weather and Boil Proof boards. All our products are constructed from the highest quality materials ensuring the highest standard of durability, thus enabling our products to withstand the harshest environmental conditions. We design our buildings in accordance with: BS 6399, Part 2: Code of Practice for wind loadings BS 6399, Part 3: Code of Practice for imposed roof loads BS 476, Part 22: Half hour fire resistance as standard (however we are able to offer the option of 60 minutes resistance if required.) We are proudly registered with Achilles and are also ISO 9001:2008 certified.
