Our personnel and clients are supported by our operations centre, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OUR HISTORY Proact was formed in 1989, by our founder and chairman, Alan Stewart. In it’s early days, Alan believed in doing things differently from other security providers. Living by the simple mantra of ‘providing a great security service at the best price’, their approach was relationship-based, motivational, and driven by a collaborative-team approach. This almost family-orientated culture drove a level of commitment in the organisation never before seen in the industry. This has been our secret, and how we have sustained long-term relationships with major brands for more than 25 years. Proact quickly became recognised for it’s quality of personnel, reliability of service and leadership in protecting businesses from the risks of crime. This gained Proact notoriety and won it’s leadership team several commendations at New Scotland Yard, that reaffirmed it’s reputation as a leader in the security industry.
