ProActive English provides customized instructor-led English language and communication training for corporate and vocational settings. Most programs are delivered face-to-face, onsite. To meet many clients' needs, we deliver remote training through video conferencing tools - leading to more efficient scheduling for our busy participants. Our program training design incorporates a blended learning model featuring The Business English Web (www.proactive-english.com/fmovies/demo-v2.htm) - a Web-based language learning tool that ProActive English developed, operates and licenses. ProActive English has delivered enterprise-wide onsite training for global companies at locations around the United States, in China, Taiwan, S. Korea, India, France and the Philippines. Our client list includes major software companies, an American-based global electronic commerce and cloud computing company, global IT and market research firms, major accounting firms, chip and wafer manufacturers, a frozen food producer and local medical devices and electronics manufacturers, among others. In working with program participants, department managers and HR, we emphasize clear communication with stakeholders to establish realistic, achievable goals based on relevant needs assessment. We ensure that programs are properly supported to meet the goals established through training initiatives. We will continue to develop our project management and creative programming skills for training global teams so that the employees we train can be more productive and gain greater satisfaction from their work and life experience.
