Proactive is a 501c3 charitable organization. We participate in the innovative marketplace of developing solutions to social problems that need to be addressed to improve our collective quality of life. We use what you no longer want or need. The concept is simple: companies donate the equipment they no longer use or want, Proactive sells the equipment, and then issues grants to nonprofits with the proceeds. Donating assets, you no longer want or need is simple and straightforward. This model allows everyone on one level or another to participate in improving the common good, by fully utilizing our lowest-valued assets. Everyone wants to be a part of improving the world we live in. With Proactive, you can identify surplus items at your company and utilize our services to give them a second life. Or perhaps you have industry knowledge and can identify buyers for Proactive’s existing inventory. Once the money is ready for reinvestment, we then identify and assist qualified nonprofits to prepare for a grant, establish budgets and timelines to achieve a measurable outcome. Proactive has substantial warehouse facilities to store the new equipment before installation. We can also store the equipment upon removal to allow time to develop a disposition strategy.
