By creating the go to Auction House for Probate Property, we are able to attract more buyers and investors looking for property that has not previously been on the market. Essentially creating the perfect market place for both sellers and buyers of Probate Property. Probate.Auction was co-founded by Auctioneer Russell Taylor of Taylor James Auctions, previously a director at Savills auctions and Nick Kalms and Ben Radstone, the team behind YouSpotProperty the UK's leading Empty Homes Experts. With Russell's 20+ years of selling property at Auction, as well as, Nick and Ben's 40+ combined years of identifying, unlocking and buying probate properties nationwide, we believe we have created a business that will massively benefit both Sellers and Purchasers of probate property. After launching Probate.Auction in early 2024, the team realised that there was a huge opportunity and demand to offer our clients an auction house for non-probate property. Our clients loved our professional, transparent and client-centric approach and as such, we have also launched Resi.Auction, our sister auction house, where we will continue to deliver beyond expectations for all residential led property disposals.
