Determined. Technical. Efficient. Proceso Talent was founded by Isabel Rasmussen, an expert in recruiting mid to senior level software engineers for mission driven startups. Her prior experience includes Head of Technical Recruitment for a Series E mission driven startup, as well as the Head of Recruitment for a Series C SaaS startup. Isabel has conducted thousands of phone interviews and has developed customized interviewing and hiring plans for each role to ensure high-quality hires. Proceso Talent is focused on partnering with hiring teams to build out customized hiring processes to attract and hire the best talent. Building a pipeline of qualified talent is a key foundational step, but is only part of the solution. To hire at scale we develop a holistic approach which includes providing a great candidate experience, clearly identifying the requirements of each role and how to screen for them, establishing best practice communications, and a bias aware feedback process. Every step of the way we strive for organizational alignment and a clear, transparent process.
