The seamless implementation of construction and engineering projects takes time, resources and meticulous planning. And still, it is no easy feat. With our proven and fresh approach to construction project management in the mining, and food and beverage sectors, ProCM streamlines the management of project roles and bridges the gap between the project and construction teams. It’s this team management, as part of the Owners Team, that is vital to the success of new projects. On the project side, the teams consist of design, project planning, budget and other vital roles. The construction teams include construction management, procurement, planning and risk analysis (to name a few). Due to the size and nature of the teams, the detrimental forces of miscommunication and disconnection easily occur. ProCM will challenge the status quo and set out to deliver the clients primary goals. With a capable, forward-thinking team, equipped with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary engineering, project management and production, we work closely with project owners, coordinate the different roles and ensure that only the highest levels of integrity and effort are delivered. Our strategic approach looks at the bigger picture of each project, allowing us to assign the right people with the right expertise, ensuring the project is commercially viable and aligned to meet cost objectives. In addition to exceeding client expectations, we conduct impact analyses to ensure that the ‘doorstep community’ is included and enhanced through projects. Our aim is to uplift the community by sharing our skills with them. As an example of how education and enablement are at the forefront of everything we do, we aim to teach community members how to make bricks and then use them in the building of that project.
