Procters are also experts in the Energy Efficiency of buildings and have undertaken thousands of surveys providing Energy Performance Certificates for all types of property. It is now unlawful to let a property with an EPC rating of worse than E (subject to a few exceptions). In April 2023 it will be unlawful to continue to let a building with an EPC rating worse than an E.
