About Procurement Focus

Procurement Focus is an institution founded by group of procurement professionals. Some of us have worked or are still working on global high level procurement roles, in reputable multinational companies. We therefore are quite experienced and competent on corporate processes, global strategies and execution all around the world. Some others are from smaller companies, where speed and agility are quite important on top of other things. We believe that procurement principles and required competences are very similar, no matter what size a company is. We know, as we have applied them and achieved success in our own companies, in different parts of the world. We know, because we’ve been there and we’ve done that!
