How to be successful in the technical automotive segment? The role of competence development is growing in importance. A garage worker has to be a multi-talented person who can perform many different tasks efficiently. A garage must be able to handle even the most demanding and extensive tasks as new car technology and extended service intervals reduce the burden on basic work. Schools need to provide teacher education and educational materials that support learners in the face of ever-changing car technology. To cope with this challenging situation Prodiags offers two different products; individual training modules and a training environment for organisations. An individual training module gives one user access to the online training they have purchased. The training will always include a skills self-test and once the online module has been completed, the end customer may take the final exam and, upon passing it, will receive a diploma in the module. In addition to the study material, the training environment license includes the Prodiags training environment (similar to a LMS) that allows him / her to allocate modules to the students he / she wants, and to follow the development of the skills individually.
